Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Volley Juniors (Gr. K-8)

There are no refunds issued for instructional classes once the program begins. If your child will be missing multiple classes for an extended illness or injury, please contact Dan Tripp at t4volleyballclub@gmail.com to discuss the situation.

All Skills Clinics (Gr. 7-12)

Private/Group Lessons

Cancellation or reschedule requests received at least 24 hours in advance will be honored and a full refund or rescheduled date will be provided. Requests received within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson will receive a 50% refund or credit. If the player is a "no show or no call", then no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

Open Gyms

None. This is a free program.
